I usually scheduled to update my blog twice-a-week maximum, but this is just… well, extraordinary.
So, word of news is that Aaron Ramsey got Eduardo’d. Yes, you read it right: another February, another similar career-threatening injury. Unfortunately I got to see his foot dangling unnaturally mid-air by 66th minute. Which wasn’t pretty by the way. But that goes without saying.

- above: Ramsey was being attended to by players and officials.
(graphic, disturbing image of the injury can be seen: here)
Even the defender, Shawcross looked traumatized by the outcome. I have a bit of sympathy for him, though.

Gunners went on to win the match 1-3. But in a match that saw Arsenal officially back into title race, it is the kind of injury that marred any joy whatsoever. One wonders if Ramsey will make full recovery, however, example given by Eduardo shows that not all is lost and bleak.
All prayers and thought for him. Godspeed, Aaron. 😦
