Another lyrics… from Mikuni Shimokawa again. I recently posted lyrics on Canaria here, but I guess I’ll post another one right now.

This song came out as an OST from anime Kino no Tabi (“Kino’s Travel”), titled “All The Way”. I haven’t seen the anime, though — but this song just sounds nice to me. It’s rather upbeat, while the instruments and vocals add up well — perhaps I’ll give an overall 8.7/10 for this song (subjective, though :P)

Anyways, here it is: “All the Way” from “Kino no Tabi” OST. Lyrics obtained from AnimeLyrics; slightly modified by me to adjust with my transliteration (well… I actually heard something different than what’s written — but that might be just me! :P). Translation done by me, since the site didn’t provide the English translation as I downloaded the lyrics.

“moto” on “kimi no moto ni” literally means “origin”; I translated it as “your place” to make up with the next phrase “ashita fuku kaze” (=”tomorrow’s blowing wind”). In all, the line says “kimi no moto ni (=”to your place”) todoketai (=”I want to send”) ashita fuku kaze wo (=”tomorrow’s blowing wind”).
